Refund policy

At Mildly Wild, we want you to love your gear as much as you love being outside. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.

We’re happy to refund you if the wrong item showed up at your door, or if your order arrived damaged or defective. Nobody should start a trail day in the wrong shirt.

To ask for a refund, email us at support@mildlywildshop.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Just include your order number and a quick note on what went wrong, and we’ll take it from there.
